Last week I found out that I have been shortlisted for the award; Student of the year at this years NFOPP awards which are due to be held on 13th May at the banking hall in London. It should be a really lovely evening and very exciting, obviously I would love to win but I am sure that I am up against some very stiff competition, just to be shortlisted is a real honour and really makes all the hard work seem worthwhile.
In the last year I have successfully achieved the level 3 in Inventory practice and management, the level 3 in commercial sales and the level 4 in residential sales, I am also only one unit away from achieving the level 4 in lettings and property management also so it has been a busy year, really enjoyed it though.
The awards night includes a champagne reception with canapes followed by a 3 course dinner followed by music and dancing. I used to live in London and do on occasion miss the hustle and bustle so it’s a good excuse to get in the glad rags and visit to big city for a night of fun and no doubt the opportunity to meet some really interesting people from the industry.
