Full Management
Full property management services take the hassle out of owning rental properties. We handle everything from tenant screening and lease agreements, ensuring regulation compliance to maintenance, rent collection and regular property inspection.
Rent Collection
We manage all aspects of rent collections, including statements and chasing rent as required. We can liaise with accountants as needed and pay contractors from our systems to ensure that all incomings and outgoings are tracked in the same place.
Tenant Find Service
We take care of the process, from advertising your property to conducting thorough background checks and drawing up tenancy agreements, check in, deposit protection and ensuring regulation compliance. We can also arrange an inventory at extra cost.
Overseas Landlord
Our full management service along with managing your overseas tax obligations including the quarterly returns, retaining the tax from the rent, ensuring that tax deductible expenses are accounted for and taking care of the relevant paperwork.
